At present time, public poets and authors have conveyed problems by means of criticism, in order to protect the values of the Revolution and disseminate revolutionary thoughts. From among these women poets we can name Rakeyi and Kashani. The purpose of this study, conducted through analytic-statistical method, is to analyze the critical poems of these two poets, their thematic contents and methods of composition. The statistical analyses show that both poets have employed a realistic, and at the same time a borderless, attitude in criticizing social problems and human society; in a way that their critical poems are reflective of sociopolitical problems of the society and the time. Such kinds of poem not only highlight the active role of women in political and literary arenas but also approve social theory in literature; which considers artto be influenced by social and political contexts.

The present research aims at investigating influential factors related to culture and attitudes towards hijab and chastityas well as studying and assessing the status of hijab and chastity among female students of Ilaam universities. The results of the tests and their analyses reveal that in the normality test the achieved probability value for variables is more than 0/05; meaning that the variables’ normal distribution hypothesis is not rejected, and parametric tests are allowed. The results show the probability value of 0.05

Polygamy is one of the absolute and agreed-upon creeds in all the Islamic sects and groups. This has been expressed in verse 3 of Surat An-Nisā (the Women) in the Quran. However, the verse appears ambiguous as it has a conditional structure and the creed is bound by two conditions. The interpreters hold various viewpoints on the matter. The relation between the first clauses—expressed conditionally—with the second clause and its penalty is one of these ambiguities. The present study, while explicating various interpretations of this verse, existing narrations, literal indications, and other reasons presents a new interpretation of the polygamy verse which rejects it as an absolute and unconditional creed and binds it to certain restricted social conditions and requirements.

The legislator should take into consideration various social, family, and individual expediencies while planning laws governing family, as the most important social institution, and should attempt to make compromises among them. In the meanwhile, procedural laws governing family disputes and enacting the laws issued by the court are crucially significant since the appropriateness or inappropriateness of the laws and the methods of settling disputes have a direct effect on the rate of family disputes. Moreover, the conditions and method of enacting family-related laws and the predicted assurances for their enactment can influence and prevent social consequences and social problems related to enacting such laws. The present study, while studying the new family protection law, approved in 1391/2013, shows that the legislator has focused on or established proper rules and regulations in case of proceeding disputes and enacting due laws. Proper enactment of such laws can strengthen families and lead to better management of family discords.

The present study aims at explicating the reasons for contradictions in the jurists and scholars’ exegeses of women socio-political rights in canonical religious texts. According to Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics, contradictions in exegeses are rooted in interpreters’ presumptions, presuppositions, and expectations. With that in view, the present study, while mentioning various presumptions hold by different intellectual approaches, has attempted to provide their exegeses with regard to women socio-political rights. It could be revealed that the extent and type of rights advocated by various approaches are closely related to their attitudes towards women. In other words, traditionalists (relying excessively on canonical texts for personal and social jurisdictional affairs) do not permit women political activities. On the other hand, reformists (believing that only general laws, with some partial details, have been mentioned in the canonical texts, and the verdicts related to details should be discerned by intellect) hold favorite views towards women political activities, even in case of governance, and do not consider gender as a determining prerequisite.

The concepts of modernism and cultural products, as two essential elements of sociology and cultural studies, have attracted the attention of scholars. The present study aims at explicating the relation between modernism elements and the rate of cultural products consumption by students. The data for this social survey was collected by distributing questionnaires. The research statistical population included all secondary-grade female students in Kashan, in the academic year of 1391-92. The sample size (750) was determined by Kukran formula. The results of regression analysis showed the effect of each modernism elements including calculability, academic inclination, riskiness, progressivism, and public tendency on cultural products consumptionas respectively follows: 0/47, 0/32, 0/27, 0/18, 0/10. Altogether, 52% of the dependent variable’s changes were determined by modernism elements.
