تأثیر ناباروری زنان در بروز اختلالات جنسی و همسرآزاری نسبت به آنان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ناباروری و نگرش به آن، زندگی زوجین را با انواع آشفتگی‌های هیجانی مواجه می‌سازد. پژوهشگران بروز رفتارهای تکانشی، افسردگی، احساس درماندگی، اضطراب، تشویش و باورهای منفی نسبت به خود را در مورد افراد نابارور گزارش نموده‌اند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیرناباروری و نقش آن در بروز اختلالات جنسی و همسرآزاری در مورد زنان نابارور متأهل شهر مشهد است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی و از نوع علّی ـ مقایسه‌ای انجام شده است: از‌میان مراجعه‌کنندگان به کلینیک پزشکان متخصص زنان در ماه‌های اردیبهشت و خرداد سال 1388، تعداد 200 نفر زن (100 نفر بارور و100 نفر نابارور) به شیوه تصادفی ساده انتخاب و پس از رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی، پرسشنامه خشونت خانوادگی و رضایتمندی جنسی بر‌روی آنان اجرا شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با توجه به ماهیت سازه مورد نظر از‌طریق روش‌های آماری t، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل واریانس دو عاملی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که خشونت روانی، فیزیکی و اقتصادی بر روی زنان نابارور بیشتر از زنان بارور است. همچنین بین هیچ‌کدام از انواع همسرآزاری مردان در مورد همسرانشان، و اختلالات جنسی زنان نابارور و نیز بین وضعیت باروری و میزان تحصیلات زنان رابطه تعاملی معناداری وجود ندارد. نتیجه اینکه ناباروری زنان می‌تواند موجب بروز انواع اختلالات جنسی آنان شود، که این عامل موجب می‌شود در‌معرض انواع خشونت‌های روانی، فیزیکی و اقتصادی از سوی همسرانشان قرار گیرند.

چکیده [English]

Different attitudes towards infertility cause different kinds of emotional disorders. In different cases researchers reported impulsive behavior, depression, inability, anxiety, phobia and negative beliefs in infertile women. The present research deals with the effects of infertility and its impression on sexual disorders and wife abuse of unproductive married women of Mashhad. A descriptive and comparative-scientific method of research was used for this study. In May and June of 2009, 200 females (100 fertile and 100 infertile) were randomly chosen from the clients of the medical clinics of obstetricians. Through achieving their consent, they were asked to fill a questionnaire of violence in families, disorders and sexual satisfaction. The data were analyzed using SPSS. Also, t, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and variance were calculated and analyzed. Findings showed that infertile women receive more mental, physical and economic violence than fertile ones, whereas there is no meaningful correlation between any kinds of wife abuse with sexual disorders of infertile women. Also, there is no meaningful correlation between the fertility of women and their educational ranks. Infertility of women can cause different kinds of sexual disorders which expose them to mental, physical and economic violence by their husbands.
