اثربخشی درمان حل مسئله محور جنسی مبتنی بر رویکرد اسلامی در بهبود مشکلات جنسی زوجین: (بررسی امکان‌سنجی، تدوین الگوی مفهومی و پیامدهای اولیه درمانی)

چکیده

هدف: با توجه به بافت فرهنگی– مذهبی مراجعان و نیاز به افرایش میزان ضریب اثربخشی، پذیرش و ایمنی درمانی استانداردسازی تکنیک‌های درمانی جنسی با هنجارهای دینی وکاربست درمان‌ مشکلات جنسی مبتنی بر شواهد یکی از دغدغه‌های مهم درمان‌جویان است که باید مورد توجه درمانگران قرار گیرد.
روش­: این پژوهش در فازهای مختلف شیوه امکان‌سنجی مفهوم‌سازی و ارزیابی پیامدهای درمانی از مفاهیم نظری آموزه‌های دین اسلام برای تطبیق و الحاق در درمان حل مسئله محور جنسی در قالب شیوه مطالعه دلفی، تحلیل کیفی و مداخله تجربی تک موردی اثربخشی در ابعاد عملکرد کلی جنسی، کیفیت زندگی زناشویی و رضایت جنسی بر روی 6 (2 گروه سه‌تایی) مراجع مبتلابه مشکلات جنسی اجرا شد.
جمع بندی: این شیوه درمانی می‌تواند سبب بهبودی مؤثرتر مشکلات جنسی زوجین شود به‌ویژه اثر مداخله اصلاحی معنادار در متغیرهای فرایندی مانند رضایت جنسی، سبک زندگی و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی سبب دوام بیشتر آثار درمانی شد.
یافته های پژوهش: مداخله پیشنهادی توان این را دارد که ظرفیت‌های اثربخش‌تری را برای درمان‌جویان ایرانی رقم بزند و با ایجاد زمینه مداخلاتی منطبق با فرهنگ و مذهب مراجعان به‌عنوان یک شیوه‌نامه درمانی مبتنی بر شواهد در ترویج سیاستهای نظام سلامت جنسی زوجین در ایران به کار رود

چکیده [English]

Introduction The scientific study and creating conditions to develop evidence-based treatment for sexual problems is one of the important concerns for the clients seeking to solve these problems. Considering the importance of paying attention to the cultural-religious context of the clients. therapy.
Method This research Delphi study method, qualitative analysis and single-case experimental intervention, effectiveness in dimensions of general sexual function, quality of marital life and sexual satisfaction was performed on 6 subjects (2 groups of three) with a problem of sexual dissatisfaction.
Findings The results of this study indicate that problem solving oriented sex therapy based on Islamic approach can lead to more effective improvement of couples' sexual problems. In particular, the significant effect of corrective interventions in marital life style and process.
Discussion and Conclusion The proposed problem solving oriented sex therapy based on Islamic approach has the potential to create more effective capacities for Iranian clients and by creating an interventional environment consistent with the culture and religion of the clients, it can be applied as an evidence-based therapeutic style in promoting the policies of couples’ sexual health system in Iran.
