Today, despite widespread developments in humanities and natural sciences, women contribution in economic and occupational activities is still low. In developmental plans, a question that is often posed is whether or not women limited contribution is due to traditional and religious beliefs. In this research, 16 developed and developing countries (bothMuslim and non-Muslim) were selected and the status of women in Muslim and non-Muslim countries was compared through statistical analyses of women contribution in the labor market of these countries. Ultimately, through numerical taxonomy it was shown that the countries that have provided better occupational conditions for women enjoy better economic indices, and religious differences have played no role in women rate of contribution.}, keywords = {Labor Market,Women occupation,Muslim and non-Muslim countries,Religious differences}, title_fa = {جایگاه زنان در بازار کار کشورهای در حال توسعة مسلمان و غیرمسلمان (1995-2010)}, abstract_fa = {در طول تاریخ بشر زنان همواره نقش شایان توجهی در تحولات اجتماعی، سیاسی، و اقتصادی ایفا کرده‌اند. امروزه با وجود پیش‌رفت‌های همه‌جانبه در علوم طبیعی و انسانی، در بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه سهم زنان در فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و اشتغال پایین است. در مطالعات توسعه، گاه این پرسش مطرح شده که آیا دلیل این مشارکت اندک زنان در این کشورها باورهای سنتی یا دینی است؟ در این مقاله با انتخاب 16 کشور در حال توسعه و توسعه‌یافتة اسلامی و غیراسلامی با ارائة تحلیلی آماری از وضعیت مشارکت زنان در بازار کار کشورهای بررسی‌شده، جایگاه زنان در کشورهای مسلمان و غیرمسلمان مقایسه شده است. در نهایت با استفاده از روش تاکسونومی عددی نشان داده شده است که کشورهایی که از نظر وضعیت اشتغال شرایط بهتری را برای زنان فراهم کرده‌اند از نظر شاخص‌های اقتصادی در وضعیت مناسب‌تری قرار دارند و تفاوت‌های دینی در نرخ مشارکت زنان نقش نداشته است.}, keywords_fa = {بازار کار,اشتغال زنان,کشورهای مسلمان و غیرمسلمان,تفاوت‌های دینی}, url = {https://womenstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_1949.html}, eprint = {https://womenstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_1949_7f4a09a8162618e5c1d3da773b124776.pdf} }
