However, Mary does not have the same role and position in these stories. According to the Gospels, Mary’s most important attributes are regarded as her being the mother of Jesus and the miraculous birth of her son. But this image in the Christian culture and tradition gradually evolves to the point that Mary becomes a saint and finds the status of divinity. This image is mentioned in the Quran, and in fact the Quranic narration of the story of Mary is accompanied by the negation of this view. Overall, what is said in the Quran is much beyond the narrative of the Gospels. In the verses of the Quran, characteristics are quoted for Mary that are not unlike the characteristics of the prophets. Commentators, however, especially those with mystical tendencies, have tried to interpret these characteristics in a different way and eventually they consider Mary as a saint one. This article, while recounting the evolution of Mary’s position in Christianity and Islam, addresses the important issue of why in the Islamic tradition, Mary, and in fact any woman, fails to reach the status of prophecy and her position in Islamic Mysticism and Sufism is merely accepted as a saint one.}, keywords = {Mary,woman,Islamic Tradition,Karama,miracle,Purity (Ṭahāra),Infallibility,Prophet,Saint (Vali)}, title_fa = {مریم؛ زنی در مقام ولایت یا نبوت؟ بازخوانی داستان مریم در قرآن و تقابل آن با تفسیر مرد محورانه از این داستان}, abstract_fa = {داستان زندگی حضرت مریم از جمله داستانهای مشترک قرآن و اناجیل اربعه (عهد جدید) است. با وجود این مریم در این داستانها نقش و جایگاه یکسانی ندارد. با استناد بر اناجیل ویژگی‌های مهم مریم به اعتبار مادر عیسی بودن و تولد معجزه‌آسای او است. اما این تصویر در فرهنگ و سنّت مسیحی به‌تدریج تا آنجا تحوّل می‌یابد که مریم به شخصیتی مقدّس بدل می‌شود و مقام الوهیّت پیدا می‌کند. به این تصویر در قرآن اشاره می‌شود و در واقع حکایت قرآن از داستان مریم با نفی این دیدگاه همراه است. امّا در مجموع آنچه در قرآن حکایت می‌شود بسیار فراتر از روایت اناجیل است. در آیات قرآن ویژگی‌هایی برای مریم نقل می‌شود که ‌بی‌شباهت به ویژگی‌های انبیاء نیست. هرچند که مفسرّان به‌ویژه مفسرّانی با گرایش‌های عرفانی تلاش کرده‌اند این ویژگی‌ها را به‌گونه‌ای دیگر تفسیر کنند و در نهایت مریم را واجد مقام ولایت بدانند. در این مقاله ضمن سیر تحوّل جایگاه مریم در مسیحیّت و اسلام بازگو می‌شود به این موضوع مهم نیز پرداخته می‌شود که چرا در سنّت اسلامی مریم و بالطبع زن، از مقام نبوّت باز می‌ماند و در تصوّف و عرفان اسلامی مقام او تنها در حد یک ولی پذیرفته می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {Mary,woman,Islamic Tradition,Karama,miracle,Purity (Ṭahāra),Infallibility,Prophet,Saint (Vali)}, url = {https://womenstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_5509.html}, eprint = {https://womenstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_5509_093807492ebfe3d47d27660a65934cff.pdf} }
