Through studying ancient Persian mythology, as a kind of collective Iranian unconscious, social aspects of feminine rationality has been sought in this paper; so they can participate in management of social affairs. For this reason, after explaining and analysis of Persian rationality, related goddesses and creation myths to feminine rationality have been studied, and Iranian rational feminine capabilities for establishing an ethic-oriented civilization have been gathered. Rereading myths showed that Persian rationality and wisdom of Ahura Mazda is the same which essentially based Good thoughts, good words, and good deeds that, unlike modern instrumental rationality, could not be seeing without ethic of kindness and altruism. In this discourse, women would be admired by their maternal abilities, and, dissimilar from their counterpart Greek myths, they are not symbols of instincts; therefore, they do not in contradiction to masculine civilization-making rationality. Women introduce as mothers’ of society and the origins of Ahura Mazdian reasoning in the social life. Thus, elimination of women from making civilization is to cutting the roots of altruistic rationality. اسطوره‌های باستانی، بیانگر حافظه تاریخی فرهنگ‌ها هستند. در این مقاله تلاش شده تا با واکاوی اسطوره‌ها، در جایگاه ناخودآگاه جمعی ایرانیان، بعد اجتماعی خرد زنانه بازیابی شود تا زنان نیز با ویژگی‌های عقلانی‌شان بتوانند دوشادوش مردان در مدیریت اجتماعی سهیم باشند.بدین منظور پس از تبیین و تحلیل خرد آریایی، اسطوره‌های ایزدبانوان و اسطوره‌های آفرینش با محوریت خرد زنانه بررسی شد و ظرفیت‌های ایرانی عقلانیت زنانه جهت شکل‌گیری تمدنی اخلاق‌مدار جمع‌آوری شدند. بازخوانی اسطوره‌ها نشان داد عقلانیت آریایی همان خرد اهورایی است که ذاتش با راست‌پنداری، راست‌گفتاری و راست‌کرداری عجین شده‌است و برخلاف عقل ابزاری مدرن، هرگز نمی‌توان آن را بدون اخلاق مهرورزانه تصور کرد. در این گفتمان، زنان با ویژگی‌های مادرانه‌شان ستوده می‌شوند و برخلاف اسطوره‌های یونانی مظهر غرایز نیستند تا در تقابل با عقل تمدن‌ساز مردانه باشند؛ همچنین زنان مادران جامعه و ریشه خردورزی اهورایی در اجتماع معرفی می‌شوند. بنابراین حذف زنان از تمدن‌سازی و مدیریت اجتماعی به منزله قطع ریشه‌های نوعدوستانه خردورزی است. https://womenstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_6656_42bae5dea62d7c41b8d8f1ae13a1e8aa.pdf
