اثربخشی بسته تلفیقی مهارت‌های ارتباط صمیمانه و آموزش غنی‌سازی ازدواج بر آسیب‌های تعاملی بین‌فردی زوجین

چکیده

آسیب‌های تعاملی زوجین می‌تواند انسجام خانواده را از هم پاشیده و به سلامت روان زوجین و فرزندان آسیب جدی وارد سازد. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی بسته تلفیقی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباط صمیمانه و غنی‌سازی ازدواج بر آسیب‌های تعاملی بین‌فردی زوجین انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل زوجین مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان فریدونشهر در سال 1398 بودند که در پرسشنامه آسیب‌های تعاملی بین‌فردی به طور معناداری نمرات بالاتر از میانگین کسب کرده بودند. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 زوج با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (در هر گروه 15 زوج). گروه آزمایش مداخله بسته تلفیقی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباط صمیمانه و غنی‌سازی ازدواج را طی دو نیم ماه در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه آسیب‌های تعاملی بین‌فردی (محقق ساخته) بود. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بسته تلفیقی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباط صمیمانه و غنی‌سازی ازدواج بر آسیب‌های تعاملی بین‌فردی زوجین تأثیر معنادار دارد (p <0/001).

The couples’ interactive damages can destroy the family solidarity and seriously damage the couples’ and children’s mental health. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the efficacy of intimate relationship skills combined package and training marriage enrichment on the couples’ interpersonal interactive damages. The current study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest, control group and two-month follow-up period. The statistical population of the present study included the couples attending consultation centers in the town of Fereidounshahr in 2019 who got significantly higher-than-the-mean scores in the questionnaire of interpersonal interactive damages. 30 couples were selected through purposive sampling method and randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 couples). The experimental group received twelve ninety-minute intervention sessions of training intimate relationship skills combined package and marriage enrichment during two and half months. The applied questionnaire in this study included interpersonal interactive damages questionnaire (researcher-made). The data taken from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA. The results revealed that the combined package of intimate relationship skills and training marriage enrichment have significant effect on the couples’ interpersonal interactive damages (p < 0.001)
