تحلیل معادلات ساختاری در رابطه تعارضات زناشویی و امنیت عاطفی با استرس ادراک شده و نگرانی های دوران بارداری و شاخص های زیستی با واسطه‌گری بهزیستی روان‌شناختی در زنان باردار

چکیده

بارداری پدیده‌ای است که در صورت عدم توجه کافی ممکن است برای زنان مشکلات روان‌شناختی، شناختی، هیجانی و ارتباطی ایجاد نماید. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل معادلات ساختاری در رابطه تعارضات زناشویی و امنیت عاطفی با استرس ادراک شده و نگرانی‌های دوران بارداری و شاخص‌های زیستی با واسطه گری بهزیستی روان‌شناختی در زنان باردار صورت پذیرفت. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‌های زنان و زایمان و بیمارستان شهرستان رامسر در بازه زمانی بهمن تا فرودین ماه سال 98 -1397 بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل تعداد 300 زن باردار بود که به شیوه دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی (ثنایی و همکاران، 1379) ؛ مقیاس امنیت عاطفی (کردوا، جی و وارن، 2005)، پرسشنامه استرس ادراک شده (کوهن و همکاران، 1983) ؛ پرسشنامه نگرانی‌های دوران بارداری (آلدردسی و لین، 2011) و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (ریف، 1996) بود. پس از جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه‌ها، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از این پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون و معادله‌یابی ساختاری صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین متغیرها وجود دارد (001/0>p) .

چکیده [English]

Pregnancy is a phenomenon which can create psychological, cognitive, emotional and communicative problems for the pregnant women in case of insufficient attention. Therefore the present study was conducted to analyze structural equations in the relationship of marital conflicts and affective security with perceived stress and pregnancy worries and biologicla indexes with the mediation of psychological wellbeing in pregnant women. The research method was descriptive in correlational and structural equations type. The statistical population of this study included pregnant women who attended women and delivery clinics and the hospital in the town of Ramsar from January to March of 2018-19. The research sample included 300 pregnant women who were selected through available sampling method. The applied instruments included marital conflict questionnaire (Sanaei et.al, 2000), affective security scale (Cordova, Gee, Warren, 2005), perceived stress questionnaire (Cohen & al, 1983), pregnancy worries questionnaire (Alderdice, Lynn, 2011) and psychological wellbeing questionnaire (Ryff, 1996). The data analysis was conducted via Pearson correlation and structural equation methods after collecting the questionnaires. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables (p < 0.001).
