Rethinking in the women's Fiqhi issues with methodological assistance

Abstract
The principles and methods utelized in the traditional fiqh approach, bring about some practical challenges in various fields of this approach, including the area of women's rights, which is perpetually emerging and multiplying in contemporary human life. If the principles and methods of this approach do not reviewed, its role will confront a crisis, because as the majority of society gradually affiliated toward a minimalist religion, we will face mounting difficulties in implementing religious orders in society. In this article, using a descriptive-analytical method, by using the library study method, while discussing the necessity of rethinking in common religious readings, it addresses the challenges facing traditional Fiqh in dealing with women's rights, and refers to the Fiqhi legacies in the confrontation between the discourse of stability and change. Then, the approach of the present research in applying evidence and methods of rethinking religious texts is elaborated.
