Despite the worthwhile seriousness, attempts, and unity of women for influential presence in managerial, economic, and administrative scenes, the presence of women in the highest status of legislation in the country (the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran) has had a descending trend throughout the mysterious ebbs and flows of the last few years. The present paper, through adopting a descriptive-analytic method, aims at analyzing the geographical delegation of women in the elections of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran. The results and findings of the research indicate that the ratio of parliamentary chairs taken up by women in urban areas was higher to those taken up by women in small rural areas. Furthermore, in multiple-member regions the chance of women is higher than single-member regions. The present paper considers the geographical pathology of this issue as well its economic, social, cultural, and political pathology, and illustrates women-favorite regions on geographical maps.
