Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate of the effect of Career plateauing in job stress among women in organizations. The participants of the study are The women who are working at   headquarters of different branches of the  Pasargad Bank in district 6 of Tehran. The research is descriptive and the purpose is practical. A standard questionnaire was applied to collect the data required for the research.  The Data analysis is based on two sections; Descriptive and inferential statistics. In inferential statistics' section   Structural Equation Modeling  and  path analysis Coefficients  has been applied  to investigate the effect of  Career plateauing in job stress among women.In this research, Structural Equation Modeling has been determined  based on  Lisrel which has revealed that content Plateau and Structural plateau Considering the mediator role of   Biological plateau, has had strong effect on  job stress among  women in the target population in this study.
