Nowadays, the potentialities of cyberspace have been put into the service of different areas of life, including social movements. Accordingly, the present study aims to consider areas in women’s movement in which cyber activism has been able to serve pragmatic activism and overcome the obstacles facing the movement. Recording the interactions of this cyberspace has been made possible by a mixture of two methods of virtual ethnography and interviews with activists who are active in both spaces. Castells’s theory of networked social movements was used as the theoretical framework. The study findings show that networked social movements have put the use of cyberspace potentialities in their agenda in order to organize their virtual activities efficiently. Furthermore, the recent mobility of the women’s social movement arises from the fact that women’s demands and problems have been made public in the cyberspace, which have then spread to the space of places and then again to the space of movements. The images and ideas represented in the cyberspace have given the social group of women the power of dialogue and solidarity, and more hope in their demands.
