The ever-evolving dynamics of social policy, particularly concerning family, women, and children, have highlighted the prominence of these issues in the national and international agendas of various countries. This article conducts a comparative analysis of the status of women and families in the vision documents of Iran, China, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Zambia, and Kenya using a thematic analysis method. Findings reveal that despite ideological differences, these countries emphasize the importance of families and the role of women in development. China focuses on financial and healthcare support for women and the elderly, while Saudi Arabia prioritizes family support and women's economic participation. Iran emphasizes family-centered approaches and promoting an Islamic-Iranian lifestyle; however, it pays relatively less attention to the economic and social dimensions of family, elderly, and child support, as well as health initiatives. Comparatively, the vision documents reveal that while Islamic countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar emphasize cultural and religious principles, countries such as China and African nations lean more toward financial and economic policies. This study underscores the need for precise and measurable indicators to evaluate family and women's policies effectively.
